For four weeks during November 2020 I provided a completely FREE virtual programme on my instagram page @lizforshaw. From Monday – Friday, I went live focusing on:

I collaborated with some of the my home City Liverpool’s best PTs, yoga teachers, meditation coaches, mindfulness trainers and nutrition gurus to show YOU how to be your best self – even during a time where things can feel restricted and quite negative 🙅
I feel like it’s just as important as ever to help guide as many through these challenging times as I can so we have added this to my site for you to come back to it as many times as you need 🤍
Below you will find 20 days of one task, one video and one checklist per day. If you don’t have instagram I strongly advise creating yourself an account just to take part, it will help you I promise.
